Warning Signs

Question:

I was caught speeding at 42mph in a 32mph limit can you tell me if prior to the site of a mobile camera should there be camera warning signs

Louise Says:

There are guidelines that state their should be warning signs, but they are not a statutory requirement. the court will only be interested in whether or not the prosecution can prove you were speeding beyond reasonable doubt. if they can you will be convicted.

Have you got any points already? If so how many? You will get 3 points and a fine for this matter if you accept you are guilty.
