I Have Been Asked To Go To Court?

Question:

Speeding

An average of 93 mph with a pick of 100.5 mph on a 0.6 miles segment. I’ve already pleading guilty when replying the citation form and have now been required to attend court in person

Louise Says:

The court have asked you to attend because you are at risk of a small ban from driving I’m afraid.

Do you have any points on your driving licence already? If so, how many? Are you a new driver?

Did you suggest that you did not travel at the speed alleged on the form that you sent back to the court – despite your guilty plea?
