Can I Appeal Conviction

Question:

Can I appeal against driving with learner driver insurance with L plates on but police are saying I didn’t have them when I did and they have now banned me is it worth appealing against I have 2 witnesses?

You can appeal but if you get convicted then you will at risk of more court costs. I assume that you had a trial in the magistrates court and lost?

You have to appeal within 21 days of the sentence being imposed.
