The Date Of The NIP

Question:

Is there a time limit between the date of offence to the date of nip?

Rob Says:

The NIP must be served on the last known address of the registered keeper of the car within 14 days of the alleged offence. Served means sent and received. You don’t count the date of the offence.

Have you received one? If so on what date and what was the date of the alleged offence?
