Driving My Car Without My Permission And Without Insurance

I was the owner of the car someone was driving with no insurance or licence and I didn’t want him to drive. He crashed in to the other car what happens with the insurance? Do I still get my no claims and will I get a ban for letting him drive even though I said no?

If this person forced you to let them drive then you may have a defence on the basis that you didn’t give permission or a special reasons argument to avoid the points. Have you got any points already or are you a new driver?
