Getting Rid Of Penalty Points on Licence

Question:

I have 9 points for sp 30. These points are from x {6} and in x {3}. Nobody will employ me. How can I get some points off my licence? I am 49 years old and have 2 children and my wife doesn’t work and I don’t have another qualification.

I’m afraid that there is no way to get rid of points other than by the passage of time. The points remain effective for three years and can be removed from your licence after 4 years.
