No Licence, No Insurance

Question:

I am driving car without licence and without insurance they send me summons that (1)under section 143 schedule 2 (2) under 87(1) schedule 2. So I want to plead guilty by post so what I need to write to the court please? Suggest me

You need to explain why you drove without a licence and insurance and say that you are sorry. Did you know that you would not be insured? Was it an emergency? Tell me more.
