Lifting A Driving Ban Early

Question:

I got caught driving before I have even passed my test and I got a 12 month driving ban £85 fine and a 18 hours community service. I have finished my community service and paid my fine is there any to get the ban either removed or shorter?

No sorry. The only way you can apply for a driving ban to be lifted early is if it was for more than 2 years in length.

The only other option would be to appeal against sentence and you have to do this within 21 days of the sentence being imposed.
