Magistrates Consider Ban

Question:

I was given a court hearing by post. Which I reply guilty by post.

On the date of hearing the court decided to give me a new date x and I have to attend because they are considering whether to disqualify me from driving.

Please advise me.

You normally get 3-9 points or a discretionary ban for this offence – it must have either been a very serious accident or you must have a number of points on your licence already? Tell me more about what actually happened.
