New Driver – 6 Points

Question:

I recently received 6 points on my licence, but only having only passed last year means its been revoked, the problem is I have just started my own valeting business which I need my licence for. Is their anything I can do?

What’s the alleged offence? Have you accepted a fixed penalty? If so there is little you can do.
