New Driver Revocation

Question:

Last year I received conditional offer for 36 in a 30, I have been driving not quite 2 years, so am still a new driver. If I accept this sp50, 68 in 50 zone offer will I have retake test? I employ 3 guys and couldn’t afford to retake test.

My business would fail if this is forced, is there a way to accept the points, would give me 6 in total and not have to retake the test

If you take the ticket you will lose your licence and the DVLA have no discretion
