Using Mobile Phone – 12 Points

Question:

This mobile phone offence will bring me 12 points, 3 previous fixed penalty speed camera offences all within the last 3 years – I’m a professional musician and need car to transport instruments.

I also work with young people and need car for home visits and transporting young people to meetings/schools etc – I am divorced and need car to visit transport my sons who live 20 miles from me – Is there any way I can get a reduced disqualification?
