Too Young To Drive?

Question:

I am born in 1994 an I am going to be 16 this year just want to ask next year will I be allowed to drive?

People are saying that if you were born in 1994 are not allowed only if you was born in 1993

Because of the new law is this true?

You are only allowed to drive on the public road once you are 17 and you have a provisional licence and appropriate insurance. Make sure you follow these rules otherwise you risk points or a ban before you even start your driving career!
